Payment Of Your Bill
Payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and cash payments.

Due to increasing difficulties with reimbursement from these insurance plans, TruSight Optometry will no longer be able to bill your vision insurance directly for
EYE EXAM SERVICES ONLY
Effective December 1st, 2023, we will be requiring patients to pay your plan’s full allowable amount at the time of your exam and self-submit a claim form to your insurance carrier for reimbursement
